POME WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM

Specification: QILEE

ADVANCE OXIDATION WITH DISSOLVED AIR FLOATATION

The DAF will float all organic oil and suspended solids to get clear supernatant. Besides it will help to decrease COD & BOD level of organics content. So does to reduce O&G and SS in the influent

With assist of Advance Oxidation Technology (AOP). It works hand in hand with Physical Chemical Co-precipitation to remove COD and destruction of complex chemical chain.

SCREW DEWATERING SS REMOVAL SYSTEM:

1.Concentrated sludge range, suitable for water content range of 95% -99.8%

2.After the concentration of sludge in the range of 80-90%

3. Highly efficient concentration, small place

4. No filter cloth, self-cleaning, no clogging, without high pressure backwash water

5. low-speed operation, low power consumption, low operating costs, no vibration, no noise

6. Enclosed operation, reduce odor

7. Less vulnerable parts, low maintenance costs, long service life

8. Automatic control, continuous operation, easy maintenance and management

FINAL FILTRATION

Final Multimedia & Activated Carbon will Filter Out Remaining solids from AOP-DAF to achieved high clarity and purity STANDARD A Discharge.

MOVING BED BIOREACTOR (MBBR)

Anoxic zone : The DO in anoxic zone is 0.5~1.0mg/L. The organic matters are degraded, and nitrate is reduced by denitrification. The nitrate in the mixed liquor returned from the aerobic zone will be mixed with the raw water and will be catabolically reduced to nitrogen gas and eventually released from water.

Aerobic zone : The organic matters are degraded, and the ammonia nitrogen is oxidized by nitrification.

Mixed-liquor : The mixed-liquor returns from the aerobic zone to the anoxic zone by sludge recycle return system

Activated sludge: In this setup, a sludge pump is applied to return mixed liquor from membrane tank return system to aerobic zones. And a residual sludge pump is used to discharge the excess sludgefrom membrane tank

MBBR MEDIA: The MBBR MEDIA increase the bacteria surface area thus reduce footprint and

have enough bacteria population for loading shock.

Process Description

The treatment process can be divided into three sections: Pre-treatment, Primary treatment & Secondary Treatment

Pre-treatment unit consists of:

• Sludge holding tank

• Sludge dewatering system

Sludge holding tank: Sludge holding tank will store the excess sludge from biological system. The Sludge will be dense by gravity. The sludge then be transferred to a

sludge dewatering system by sludge feed pump periodically.

Sludge dewatering system: Screw Press dewatering are used to decease the dryness of sludge

and concentrate the bio sludge and foot print.

Primary unit consists of:

• Anoxic tank

• Aerobic tank (MBBR)

• Dissolved Air Floatation

ANOXIC: The primary treated wastewater will flow through each biological process train by gravity from the anoxic tank to the aerobic tank and finally into the MBR tank.

Anoxic tank receives wastewater combined with nitrified mixed liquor from the end of aerobic tank. Submersible propellers are installed in anoxic tank to ensure mixing and proper homogenization. In the anoxic tank NO3-N is converted into nitrogen gas through biological denitrification.

AEROBIC: From the anoxic tank the mixed liquor flows into the aerobic tank, which is equipped with the fine bubble aeration grids that supply dissolved oxygen necessary for the biological process. Process aeration is provided by a common group of blowers. The air flow rate and blower operation can be regulated to control the dissolved oxygen level in the aerobic tank for energy saving purposes. In addition, the aerobic tank is designed in a plug flow mode, which will improve the efficiency of BOD removal and nitrification. After completion of the nitrification process in aerobic tank, the nitrified mixed liquor is further recycled back by pump to the front of anoxic tank as mentioned before.

Dissolved Air Floatation : The DAF will float all organic oil and suspended solids to get clear supernatant. Besides it will help to decrease COD & BOD level of organics content. So does to reduce O&G and SS in the influent

Secondary treatment and effluent discharge unit consists of:

• Carbon Filter

• Sand Filter

Carbon Filter: Further removal of organic and contaminant, carbon adsorption is will adsorpt dissolved organic contaminants which media filter unable to remove. This will reduce COD & BOD

Multimedia Filter: MMF able to produce high quality of water. As the rapid filtration most of the remaining SS will be removed.
