3. The electrical components in the control cabinet are not allowed to enter the water. The cabinet door should be closed tightly during normal use, and it is forbidden to flush the control cabinet with water. Otherwise, the electrical components will be damaged.

4. Due to the strong corrosiveness of the reagent, the mechanical parts in contact with the reagent should be checked regularly and replaced in time.

5. If the screen inside the feeder is damaged, please replace it in time to avoid large dry chemicals being put into the screw feeder and damaging the screw or drive motor.

6. Check and clean the film in the center of the head every other month.

7. Due to the viscosity of the reagent, attention should be paid to whether the feeding pipeline is unobstructed during blowing, especially at the bottom of the hopper and the outlet.

8. Normally, open the end cover of the upper opening of the hopper, and there is downward suction. If there is no suction or reverse air, it means that the feeding pipeline is blocked, and it should be checked in time. (it is recommended to open it for inspection every 20 hours)

9. There is a heater in the hopper. Normally, the air is supplied for a period of time, and the feeding pipe is slightly hot. If there is no change, it means that the heater is damaged and should be checked and replaced in time.

10. The inlet valve and discharge valve are automatic ball valves, and there is still water flowing in or agent flowing out after closing, which indicates that the inlet valve and discharge valve are damaged and should be checked and replaced in time.

11. No idling and reverse rotation of dosing metering pump is allowed. Before starting the pump, it is necessary to make sure that the valves before and after the metering pump have been opened, and the medium needs to be injected in advance.
