1、 How to operate the small dosing device

1. Check whether the foundation platform of the dosing device is on the same horizontal line (there is no need to install foundation bolts), and the pump outlet is equipped with screw coupling, quick coupling and flange connector. Connect the corresponding connector and connect the power supply.

2. Make preparations before operation, and inject an appropriate amount of mechanical oil into the metering pump box and reducer box, subject to the oil level line.

3. Close the blowdown valve and pipeline valve, fill the liquid medicine automatically or manually, and connect the power supply. If the power control cabinet and power indicator light are on, it means that the power supply is connected. Press the mixing tank button, and the mixer starts working for 3-3min, open the pipeline valve, open the flow control valve, press the start button of the metering pump, and the metering pump starts working.

4. Regularly check whether the feed inlet of the metering pump is blocked, and regularly clean the pipeline and filter to prevent blocking.

5. Regularly check the mixing device to see whether the mixing shaft rotates flexibly, whether the impeller is twisted and deformed, and whether the coupling sleeve is loose, so as to avoid excessive shaft torque and consumption of mixing power. If damaged, it shall be replaced in time.

6. In the device, the safety valve, pressure gauge and pipeline valves shall be inspected regularly to avoid leakage. When two pumps are used for dosing, they shall be used alternately to avoid long-term startup or shutdown of the same pump.

2、 Maintenance of small dosing device

1. Check whether there is corrosive gas and fluid around the equipment every day; Check the tightness of the air pressure pipeline. If there is air leakage, it shall be repaired in time.

2. Check whether the valve is flexible and unblocked every month. Check whether the tank body is rusted or damaged and repair it in time. Check whether the screws are loose and invalid.

3. Check whether the weld is firm and whether the sealing ring is aged every year. Paint the tank once a year for anti rust treatment.
