Possible reason 1: flocculation effect

The choice of flocculant and the effect of flocculation are the most common reasons. Selecting suitable flocculant can change the effect of mud pressing to the greatest extent. The selection of flocculant can be based on the manufacturer's guidance or directly configured by the manufacturer. After debugging the flocculant, it is necessary to observe whether the flocculation mixing tank is connected with the main body of the screw stack, and do not block it. Only when the alum is completely formed, can it be used. If it cannot be formed, the solid material will be lost, the dehydration efficiency will be reduced, and even no mud cake will be discharged.

Possible cause 2: back pressure plate clearance

The clearance of back pressure plate should be reserved no less than 4mm, please check whether the adjustment is too dense, please use professional tools to adjust.

Possible cause 3: drive motor

Is the drive motor working properly? This is a very good inspection. It is generally supplied by brand merchants, and there will be no problems. Please consult the supplier directly.

Possible cause 4: spiral shaft

Is the speed and direction of the screw shaft adjusted correctly? Rotation speed affects the effect of sludge discharge. Is the direction reversed? Is the wiring wrong? When it is reversed, the sludge cannot be discharged. Please check the power wiring.
