1. Air flotation concentration method

2. Gravity concentration method

Gravity concentration makes use of the relative density difference between solid particles and water in sludge to realize sludge concentration. If gravity concentration method is adopted, the water content can be reduced from 99,2% - 99,6% to 97% - 98% For the sewage treatment plant with primary sedimentation tank and secondary sedimentation tank, the two kinds of sludge can be mixed for gravity concentration.

3. Centrifugal concentration method

The principle of centrifugal concentration method is to concentrate by using different centrifugal force due to different specific gravity of solid and liquid in sludge. It is suitable for biological and chemical sludge of large and medium-sized sewage treatment plants.

4. Belt gravity concentration method

Belt gravity concentration method is a mechanical concentration method using belt gravity thickener. During operation, it will be affected by macromolecules in sludge, and the humidity is high, so it needs to be operated carefully.
