1、 Sludge dewatering process of sludge filter press

1. Check before opening

Check whether the filter plate is aligned and whether the filter cloth is clean and regular without wrinkles. If the filter cloth is not clean, it will affect the water permeability of the filter cloth, and eventually extend the time of mud pressing, and the water content will be higher than the normal value. If the filter cloth is placed irregularly or wrinkled, the mud will be sprayed out from the gap after the mud inlet pressure increases.

2. Open mud pressing

(1) Pressing filter plate

Turn over the tightening machine on the filter press, press the filter plate tightly and keep the pressure at 25kfg / cm2

(2) Open mud pressing

Turn on the sludge pump p421a / p421b to feed sludge into the sludge filter press. After the mud enters the filter press, under the positive pressure effect, the water passes through the open space of the filter cloth, converges into the filtrate pipeline, enters the inspection well beside the filter press, and flows into the second conditioning tank. With the addition of sludge, the filter hole gradually reduces and becomes smaller, and the filter pressure increases. When the sludge pressure reaches 5kfg / cm2, the moisture content of sludge is about 70%, and the filter cake is formed. When the pressure rises to 4kfg / cm2, the pressure relief valve should be opened to avoid excessive pressure and severe mechanical wear.

(3) Discharge sludge

After stopping mud feeding, open the air compressor for about one hour and then close it to prepare for mud discharging.

(4) Open the sludge and unload it

The first step is to start the sludge filter press to tighten first, then loosen the fixed pressure maintaining compass, and then loosen it to open the plate, then gently shovel the sludge down with a trowel and drop it to the bottom, and then bag it after the trowel is finished.

(5) Reset and press mud.

When the most sludge is bagged, open the tightening action, hold the pressure to 25kfg / cm2 after pressing, screw the pressure maintaining compass, click stop action, and then click close.

(6) Cleaning filter cloth

The filter cloth should be washed every time after the mud is discharged, and now it is set as once a day.

(7) Replace filter cloth

When there is glue on the filter cloth, which cannot be removed by high-pressure cleaning machine, or the filter cloth is damaged, the filter cloth shall be replaced immediately.

(8) Remove the old filter cloth

Take down the filter plate, untie the rope that fixed the filter cloth, take down the filter cloth and do solid waste treatment.

(9) Replace with new filter cloth

Pass one piece of new filter cloth through the central hole of the filter plate, rotate the filter cloth, make one end of the unreserved fixed rope hole face down, then pass the rope through the corresponding hole of the two filter cloth, and fix the two filter cloth on the filter plate.

(10) Place the filter plate and place it in order. Put the filter plate replaced with filter cloth on the sludge filter press and place it in order and align it. After replacement, the mud can be pressed normally.
