Defoamer Chemical Product Usage Method:

(1) foam can be sprayed on the foam after foaming liquid, that is, the so-called "defoaming". It can also be added to the foaming medium in advance to inhibit the occurrence of foam, that is, the so-called "bubble inhibition", or if the water is dilute and then need to be defoamed, the ideal defoaming effect can be achieved.

(2) Generally adding 5-100 ppm, the temperature should be consulted with the company's engineers.

(3) In order to get the best input ratio, the process test should be done before the first use. If it is impossible to test in advance, the defoamer can be put into the foaming fluid at the proportion of 5 to 1/1000 of the total weight of the foaming fluid temporarily, which is to increase or decrease the defoaming effect appropriately. If the foam is exhausted, the dosage of defoamer can be reduced at the next time until the best ratio is reached. The defoamer can be defoamed directly into the foaming liquid according to the best ratio. If the foam system is stationary, it can be stirred. When the surface area of the foaming liquid is large, defoaming agent can be diluted with 3~5 times of water and sprinkled evenly on the foam. Note: The diluted defoamers should be used up in class and should not be kept for a long time.

(4) Solid defoamer: as a foam suppressing powder, it can be used after mixing with other components. If the product is directly used at the site, it can be directly spread onto the foam to eliminate bubbles. When water is dispersed, it should be fully stirred to ensure the full dispersion of the product. The dosage should be determined by process test. The recommended dosage is 0.1-2.
