1. 6. Smooth the capacitor of the frequency converter and check whether the capacitor of the frequency converter has abnormal phenomena such as discoloration and odor. If the above abnormal phenomena are found in the maintenance and inspection of the frequency converter, the capacitor or frequency conversion unit shall be replaced in time.

2、 Anti corrosion practice of industrial sewage treatment equipment

1. For equipment coated with baking enamel, such as control panel, switch cabinet, etc., and other equipment that has finished one coat of finish when delivered to the site, a layer of temporary plastic material with a thickness of no less than 0.25mm shall be sprayed on the surface of the equipment according to the requirements of the equipment manufacturer before delivery to the site, so as to maintain the finish of the equipment.

2. All small metal parts of instruments and electrical equipment, as well as metal parts of relays and mechanical equipment, shall be chrome plated, copper nickel alloy plated or treated by other approved methods to avoid rust. For other parts that cannot be antirust treated for some reasons, such as the core constituting the laminate, all the external parts shall be completely cleaned, and then coated with baking enamel, varnish or other compounds.

3. The appearance of industrial sewage treatment equipment shall be subject to anti-corrosion or anti-corrosion maintenance treatment. If the equipment surface has overlapping surfaces with different raw materials, the overlapping surface shall be coated with primer before equipment assembly. The overlapping surface of steel structure shall be sealed with lead oxide, glycerol putty or red lead putty during the installation process. Care should be taken not to drop paint on the surface of the drive bearing or sealing cover.

4. After the completion of industrial sewage treatment equipment, the damaged paint shall be repaired. The repair method of galvanized equipment or painting equipment is: first brush the damaged surface with steel wire, then clean it with appropriate solvent, and then immediately remove the damaged paint by immersion anti-corrosion method, and then apply primer. The content of zinc or green in the primer shall not be less than 90% of the re dried film thickness. The color of the touch up paint shall be the same as that of the original finish paint.
