1、 Commissioning method of circulating water dosing system

1. Check whether the water source and power supply are connected.

2. Set the control button of the electric cabinet to the "manual" position, and check whether each equipment is intact and whether the motor direction is correct one by one (open the valve on the water inlet pipe when checking the direction of the feed motor).

3. Manually move the floating ball of the box up and down one by one to see whether the signal can be sent normally, and then detect whether the material level alarm in the hopper can work normally.

4. Put dry PAM solid powder (not less than 5kg) into the hopper and put a suitable container at the feed inlet.

5. Open the water inlet valve, press the start button of the feeding motor, start feeding at this time, and stop feeding after running for one minute.

6. Weigh the polymer mass in the container and make records.

7. Repeat the above steps 5 and 6, and predict the average weight of the Fed powder through the feeder.

8. Repeat the above three steps and make records. Since the feed rate is controlled and the speed of the feeder is known, the feed rate curve can be drawn for future reference. The solution can also be prepared by directly adjusting the powder dosage and water inflow to a certain value (for example, when preparing a 5 ‰ PAM solution of 1000L / h, the powder dosage can be directly adjusted to 5kg / h and the water inflow can be 1000L / h).

9. Stop the feeder.

10. Turn the control switch in the electric cabinet to "automatic".

When the liquid level reaches the high level, the feeder shall be able to stop automatically, stop water inlet at the same time, and start the metering pump (or open the vent ball valve of the liquid storage chamber). When the liquid level reaches the low level, the feeder shall be able to automatically start feeding and water inlet.

12. Adjust the stroke of the metering pump to the appropriate point, and then it can enter the automatic operation state.

2、 Installation requirements of circulating water dosing system

1. The nozzle of the dosing pipe shall reverse the flow direction and be inserted into the center line of the medium pipe. The dosing pipe is 10-15mm stainless steel pipe, and about 10 2mm small holes are evenly opened around the pipe end accessories.

2. The sample tube is countercurrent inserted into the medium tube through 3 / 4, and several small holes with a diameter of 3mm are drilled in 1 / 3-2 / 3 of the end of the sample tube to increase the representativeness of sampling.

3. The distance between the dosing inlet and the sampling port should be 10-15m.

4. The length of the sample water pipeline between the sampling point and the electrode of the pH meter should be greater than 20m. Since most power plant pipelines have been finalized and it is inconvenient to change, this situation has been fully considered in the program design scheme of the controller.

5. The control cabinet shall be clean, bright and free of corrosive gas, away from strong magnetic field, with temperature less than 45 ° C and humidity less than 85%.

6. The drug dissolving box shall be installed so that the drug outlet is higher than the drug inlet of the dosing pump.
